Job summary

Relativity is hiring for an Order-to-Cash Billing Specialist who will manage contracts and billing across product lines for a global customer base. You will handle various deal types, run monthly and mid-month cycles, and collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Sales Ops, and Legal to optimize the order-to-cash process.

The role emphasizes process improvements, use of AI tools, and adherence to SOPs, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely responses across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of invoicing and billing experience, preferably with SaaS products and global customers.
• Proficiency with financial software, large ERP systems, and billing/revenue management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process the full range of contracts across all product lines for a global customer base.
• Handle all deal types: new business, add-ons, renewals, replacements, terminations, extensions, and hybrid models.
• Execute month-end and mid-month billing cycles across SaaS, license, and services for new business, addons/adjustments, and renewals.
• Assist with the Finance Queue and Salesforce billing tickets for timely resolution of inquiries.
• Manage customer usage commitments, license extensions, and new license requests.
• Maintain and update Billing SOPs and assist with onboarding and training.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency and adopt AI/tools to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
• Lead or assist with billing-related projects including pricing changes and new product launches.
• Own key customer accounts and serve as a billing SME for inquiries and escalations.
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, and Legal to optimize the O2C cycle.
