Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking an AR Specialist to join our corporate operations. You will review customer AR accounts, apply payments, and monitor aged items using SAP, High Radius and related systems.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage high volumes within deadlines. Ideal candidates will have an Associate degree in Finance or Accounting, experience with SAP, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel and Outlook proficiency.
• SAP experience required.
• High Radius experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer AR accounts using SAP, High Radius and MyResults with field inputs to ensure accurate AR balances.
• Analyze complex client AR accounts and recommend solutions to resolve issues.
• Monitor AR aged items and inform field about unresolved past due items and write-offs.
• Read, decipher and process payments with extensive remittance detail.
• Post payments with high accuracy and application rate; handle high-volume processing.
