Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking an AR Specialist to manage accounts receivable, perform reconciliations, apply payments, and support SAP-related adjustments in a fast-paced finance environment in Cartersville, Georgia.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s preferred), proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP, and a proactive approach to process improvements.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Years of Experience: 2+ years of experience required.
• Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and SAP or similar ERP systems required.

Mansioni

• Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers and distributors regarding invoices, payments, and discrepancies.
• Monitor open accounts and proactively follow up to ensure timely payment and current receivables.
• Apply payments to customer accounts with accuracy and resolve unapplied or misapplied cash entries.
