Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking an AR Specialist to manage invoicing, payments, and account reconciliations. You will respond to inquiries, apply payments, and support SAP processes to ensure accurate receivables. Collaboration with finance and order processing teams is key.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in AR, experience with SAP or ERP systems, and a finance or accounting background. Bachelor’s degree preferred. This is an on-site role in the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails regarding invoices, payment status and account discrepancies.
• Monitor open AR and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment.
• Apply payments to accounts and resolve unapplied or misapplied cash entries.
• Perform AR adjustments in SAP and maintain audit trails.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate variances with relevant teams.
• Support SAP enhancements testing and implementation.
