Job summary

EAE USA Inc is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Tucker, GA to support invoicing, cash application, and customer account maintenance within SAP S/4HANA. This role blends entry-level responsibilities with growth toward more complex reconciliation and revenue reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of AR experience, strong Excel skills, and a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies while collaborating with Accounting and project teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably AR-focused.
• Working knowledge of debits/credits and reconciliation concepts.
• Proficient in Excel with basic formulas, pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process and post customer invoices, payments, and credit memos in SAP S/4HANA.
• Apply customer payments and resolve unapplied cash discrepancies.
• Support downpayment and milestone billing for project contracts.
• Respond to inquiries and assist with aging analysis and collections.
• Assist month-end close tasks related to AR.
