Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ownership of invoicing process and customer-facing communication related to invoice submission.
• High professionalism when managing and responding to customer inquiries.
• Open communication and collaboration with internal partners for resolution of invoicing questions or disputes.
• Researching and resolution of internal processes to complete the invoicing process.
• Maintain detailed customer order records.
• Researching and recording customer payments.
