Job summary

Maddox Industrial Transformer is seeking an experienced AR & Customer Support Coordinator to join our accounting team in Idaho. The role focuses on managing customer invoicing, engaging customers, handling payments, and resolving account questions.

This position offers growth within the AR and finance teams. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in AR/collections or customer service, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in accounting software and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AR, collections or customer service experience.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; high school required.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Discretion with confidential information and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; good grammar and punctuation.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Own invoicing process and customer-facing communication related to invoice submission.
• Maintain professionalism when handling customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve invoicing questions or disputes.
• Research internal processes to complete the invoicing process.
• Maintain detailed customer order records.
• Research and record customer payments.
