Maddox Industrial Transformer is seeking an AR & Customer Support Coordinator to join the accounting team. You will own the invoicing process, communicate with customers on submissions, and collaborate with internal partners to resolve disputes.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Degree. Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in AR and collections or customer service
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good grammar, spelling and punctuation skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of Invoicing process and customer-facing communication related to invoice submission
• High professionalism when managing and responding to customer inquiries
• Open communication and collaboration with internal partners for resolution of invoicing questions or disputes
• Researching and resolution of internal processes to complete the invoicing process
• Maintain detailed customer order records
• Researching and recording customer payments
