Job summary

Maddox is seeking an experienced AR & Customer Support Coordinator to join our accounting team in Idaho. This role will manage customer account invoicing, engage with customers, and support payment and account inquiries.

You will own the invoicing process, communicate professionally with customers, collaborate with internal partners to resolve questions or disputes, and maintain detailed order records. This position offers growth within the finance and accounting teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in AR and collections or customer service.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good grammar, spelling and punctuation skills.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of Invoicing process and customer-facing communication related to invoice submission.
• High professionalism when managing and responding to customer inquiries.
• Open communication and collaboration with internal partners for resolution of invoicing questions or disputes.
• Researching and resolution of internal processes to complete the invoicing process.
• Maintain detailed customer order records.
• Researching and recording customer payments.
