Formica Corporation in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections Specialist. You will manage cash application, deductions, collections, and credit activities to keep customer accounts current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• At least 2+ years of comparable experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel required.
• Understanding of the general banking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cash Application and Deduction Management: daily cash application, research short pays and deductions, input claims, track claims, and offsets/write-offs in AR.
• Collections: collect accounts, follow up on skipped invoices, collect invalid deductions/short pays, provide documents on request.
• Account Management/Credit: set up new accounts, analyze credit reports, release holds, annual file revisions.
• Other Duties: manage departmental mailboxes, respond to credit inquiries, daily/monthly AR reporting.
