Job summary

Playfly Sports in Berwyn, PA is seeking an AR Credit & Collections Specialist. This hybrid role supports the corporate finance team in managing open accounts receivable and reducing outstanding balances through daily communication with customers.

You will report to the Credit & Collections Manager and provide updates and reports on collections efforts. Candidates should have 2–5 years AR experience and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years relevant AR experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Experience with Netsuite or similar system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding accounts receivable across all divisions and follow up with customers on aged accounts.
• Assist with new customer onboarding process into internal finance system.
• Coordinate with internal departments on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely invoice processing.
• Research reasons for past due balances and notify customers with past due balances.
• Document daily collection activity and provide regular updates via reporting in financial system.
• Identify bad debt exposure to sales and the finance team.
• Assist in identifying gaps and recommend improvements on collections processes.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.
