Job summary

ClarkDietrich Building Systems in West Chester, OH is seeking an Accounts Receivable and Credit Analyst to support order-to-cash processes, evaluate credit applications, apply payments, and maintain customer accounts. This role collaborates with Sales and Order Entry, and with National Accounts to ensure accurate cash flow.

The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years experience, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong analytical and communication skills to support timely collections and credit

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of progressive experience in AR/Credit or accounting
• Experience with ERP systems (Profit and IFS preferred) or similar
• Demonstrated success in supporting operations within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, semi-monthly and monthly billing and A/R receipts and cash applications.
• Identify delinquencies and follow up on overdue accounts and credits.
• Manage deductions and short-pay resolution with Sales/Order Entry for National Accounts.
• Monitor invoice status and cash flow.
• Process Customer Credit Applications and set credit limits; refer complex decisions to Credit Manager.
• Assist in cash application from Lockbox, ACH, Wires, and local deposits.
• Review and release orders based on credit limits or past-due balances.
• Perform other duties as requested.
