Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel is required.
• Understanding of general banking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process daily cash applications for US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Research short pays and deductions; follow up with customers.
• Enter claims in the B2B claim system and track credits.
• Handle offset and write-offs in AR and GL.
• Manage collections within the assigned portfolio and follow up on skipped invoices.
• Set up new accounts and perform customer maintenance.
• Review credit reports and release holds as needed.
• Produce daily and monthly AR reports and respond to credit inquiries.
