Job summary

BaneCare Management is seeking an experienced, full-time in-person Accounts Receivable Coordinator with SNF billing and collections expertise in Quincy, MA. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible employees who meet performance expectations and remain in good standing.

The role requires SNF billing with Medicare/Medicaid/PDPM/SCO experience, PCC familiarity, and strong Microsoft Office/Outlook skills. This is a in-office position at Hancock Park - 164 Parkingway Quincy.

Qualifications

• SNF billing and collections experience required.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, PDPM, and SCO billing required.
• PCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct accounts receivable processing, adjustments and refunds, private and third-party billing, census information, ancillary charges, cash deposits, and payment posting.
• Communicate with residents and responsible parties about financial obligations and required paperwork.
• Manage Medicaid Pending accounts and month-end processes including billing edits and census reconciliation.
• Oversee collections for outstanding resident accounts and timely filing of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Hospice claims.
• Prepare past-due reports and participate in AR review meetings; document collection activities and monthly cash projections.
• Coordinate documentation for audits and assist with resolving general ledger variances.
• Prepare and deposit checks; manage Resident Trust Accounts.
