Job summary

BaneCare Management is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator for an in-person, full-time role at John Scott House in Braintree, MA. The position focuses on SNF billing, collections, and Medicare/Medicaid processing to support residents and the facility.

A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered, paid in equal installments over two years for employees meeting performance expectations and maintaining good standing. Strong knowledge of PCC, Microsoft Office, and payer rules is essential.

Qualifications

• SNF billing and collections experience required
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, PDPM, and SCO billing required
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook required

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable including adjustments, refunds, and postings
• Communicate with residents/guarantors about financial obligations and paperwork
• Manage Medicaid Pending accounts
• Oversee month-end processes and census reconciliation
• Lead collections for outstanding resident accounts and file claims timely
• Prepare past-due reports for Administrator and participate in AR reviews
• Document collection activities and prepare monthly cash projections
• Coordinate with external agencies for write-offs or collections as needed
• Assist audits and resolve general ledger variances with Admin and accounting
• Prepare and deposit checks received
• Manage Resident Trust Accounts per state rules
• Perform other duties as assigned
