Zusammenfassung

BaneCare Management is seeking an experienced, full-time in-person Accounts Receivable Coordinator with SNF billing and collections experience in Boston, MA. You will manage private and third-party billing, Medicaid/PPS claims, and census data while ensuring accurate cash postings.

Responsibilities include month-end close tasks, collections, and preparation of reports for the Administrator; PCC and Microsoft Office skills are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• SNF billing and collections experience required.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, PDPM, and SCO billing required.
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook required.

Aufgaben

• Direct accounts receivable processing, adjustments and refunds, private and third‑party billing, census information, ancillary charges, cash deposits, and payment posting
• Communicate with residents and responsible parties upon admission and throughout their stay to explain financial obligations and required paperwork
• Manage and maintain Medicaid Pending accounts
• Oversee month‑end processes, including triple checks, ancillary data entry, review and correction of billing edits, and census reconciliation
• Manage collections for outstanding resident accounts and ensure timely filing of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Hospice claims
• Prepare written past‑due reports for the Administrator and participate in accounts receivable review meetings
• Document collection activities and prepare monthly cash projections
• Recommend and prepare accounts for outside collection agencies, attorneys, and write‑offs, as applicable
• Coordinate documentation for internal and external audits and assist the Administrator and accounting department with resolving general ledger variances
• Prepare and deposit checks received
• Manage Resident Trust Accounts in compliance with state regulations
• Perform other duties as requested
