BaneCare Management is seeking a full-time in-person Accounts Receivable Coordinator for our SNF. You will direct AR processing, handle adjustments and posting, and coordinate with private and third-party payers while maintaining census and ancillary data accuracy.

Ideal candidates have SNF billing experience, Medicare/Medicaid PDPM/SCO knowledge, and familiarity with PointClickCare. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook is required, with a focus on timely, accurate cash flow and reporting.

Qualificações

• SNF billing and collections experience required.
• Medicare/Medicaid and PDPM/SCO billing knowledge.
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook required.

Responsabilidades

• Directs processing of accounts receivable, adjustments/refunds, private and third-party agencies, census information, ancillaries, cash deposits, and posting as applicable.
• Communicates with residents or responsible party about financial obligations and paperwork.
• Manages Medicaid Pending and month-end processes including data entry, edits review, and census reconciliation.
• Manages AR collections for all due resident accounts and timely filing of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care and Hospice claims.
• Provides Past Due Reports to the Administrator and participates in AR review meetings.
• Documents collection activities and prepares monthly cash projections; prepares for auditors and writes-offs as needed.
• Coordinates documentation for internal and external auditors and assists with resolving G/L variances.
