Family & Children’s Services in Tulsa, OK seeks a Collections Manager to oversee AR Follow-Up and Cash Posting, driving accuracy and timeliness in reimbursements. You will lead a skilled team, analyze trends, and implement improvements to reduce aging and denials.

Candidates should bring strong analytical abilities, cross-functional leadership, and extensive experience with billing through Electronic Health Records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze AR trends and address issues impacting AR Follow-Up and Cash Posting.
• Lead, train, and mentor AR/Cash Posting staff.
• Utilize automation to manage AR workflows and follow-up efforts.
• Collaborate with Front Desk/Client Access, Benefits and Eligibility, and Claims Billing to resolve billing and AR issues.
• Develop strategies to improve collections and cash flow.
• Review AR Aging reports and initiate corrective actions.
