Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Accounting, Finance, or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail with good communication skills.
• Experience reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain customer billing transactions: invoices, credit memos, reports.
• Monitor accounts and manage collections for outstanding balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Post and apply customer payments accurately and timely.
• Analyze aging reports and track collections trends.
• Investigate misapplied payments and billing inaccuracies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with month-end close and reconciliations as needed.
• Prepare reports and provide analysis for management decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing and receivables processes.
• Cross-train in other areas of the department.
