Job summary

Precision Monitoring is seeking an Accounting & Collections Specialist who will oversee daily accounting operations, own accounts receivable and cash collections, and collaborate with the CFO to improve cash flow.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of accounting experience, including medical collections, and strong Excel/ERP skills to ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting/Finance.
• 3–5 years accounting experience.
• 1+ years in complex medical collections with demonstrated success.
• Experience managing accounts receivable and collections.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable aging and collection activities.
• Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and payment status.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment disputes.
• Apply customer payments and maintain accurate AR records.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting activities.
• Support accounts payable and general accounting functions.
• Prepare reports and analyses for Finance leadership.
