Job summary

You will liaise with customers, operations, sales, and finance to ensure timely billing, resolve payment issues, and improve cash flow while maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in billing, AR, or collections.
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills.
• Ability to analyze data and resolve issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and submit customer invoices per contract and schedules.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on balances.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and finance for documentation.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and disputed invoices.
• Process credits, rebills, and account corrections.
• Prepare aging reports and AR metrics for management.
• Support cash application and reconciliation.
• Escalate delinquencies to leadership when needed.
