Responsibilities

• Billing and providing invoices to customers who require a complete billing packet.
• Assigning tasks for the 14 dedicated field resources.
• Tracking and managing all open calls including inspection manuals.
• Locally billing all open SRs including Inspection-Manuals and general service requests.
• Tracking and maintaining monthly L&M revenue.
• Invoice packaging and delivery per a negotiated timeline.
