Job summary

You will drive accurate cash application, streamline procure-to-pay workflows, and work with Finance, Procurement, and IS to improve controls and standardize processes. The role requires 2+ years in a shared services environment, a bachelor's in a related field, and hands-on experience with ERP

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Shared Services with AR and AP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards or Oracle) and reporting tools.
• Proficient in Excel with advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support customer invoicing, cash application, and end-to-end order-to-cash process for AR.
• Assist procure-to-pay function, processing vendor invoices and payments for AP.
• Identify workflow improvements, streamline processes, and support automation initiatives.
• Support SOX compliance and audit readiness, documenting controls and procedures.
