Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking a Specialist to support both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations within the Shared Services organization. You will drive accurate processing, streamline workflows, and advance automation initiatives.

The role partners with Finance, Procurement, and Information Services to strengthen internal controls and standardize processes enterprise-wide. A minimum of 2 years in shared services and ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Shared Services, AR/AP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards, Oracle) and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of High Radius is a plus.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel with advanced skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, team player able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support AR: invoicing, cash application, end-to-end order-to-cash.
• Support AP: processing vendor invoices and payments.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Operations to streamline workflows.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and SOX documentation.
• Assist with audits and respond to information requests.
• Document processes, controls, and SOPs for compliance.
