Job summary

Martin-Marietta-1798b2fd is seeking a Specialist to strengthen our Shared Services organization by supporting AR and AP operations. The role will drive accurate processing, identify workflow improvements, and help advance automation initiatives.

You will work with Finance, Procurement, and Information Services to standardize processes, strengthen internal controls, and improve efficiency across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Shared Services, focusing on AR and AP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards or Oracle.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoicing, cash applications, and end-to-end order-to-cash.
• Assist with end-to-end procure-to-pay, including vendor invoices and payments.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and support internal/external audits.
• Document processes and controls to support SOX compliance.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows.
