The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AP/AR or billing, a background in transportation or logistics, and proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and ERP/TMS

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of accounts payable or accounts receivable or billing experience.
• Transportation or logistics industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Familiar with ERP/TMS systems such as Acumatica and FleetVIEW.

Aufgaben

• Process vendor invoices with proper coding, documentation, and approval.
• Review repair orders and close POs in FleetVIEW for accuracy.
• Manage vendor payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Collect and reconcile customer payments.
• Reconcile AP records and assist month-end close.
• Respond to vendor and customer inquiries and maintain relationships.
• Maintain financial records and supporting docs for audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
