• Knowledge of AP processes and payables software.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs, data entry, and 10-key.
• Ability to adapt to new software and company systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform various accounts payable related tasks including data entry and invoice auditing.
• Separate and disperse the daily mail for the department.
• Audit transportation financial documents to ensure GL code compliance.
• Ensure all invoices are tallied and coded with proper approvals.
• Maintain financial logs for incoming and outgoing documents.
• Research payment status, images of payables, and disruptions in payable flow.
• Assist distribution centers and vendors with DC payables questions.
• Reconcile corporate credit card statements and route for approvals.
• Assist in managing team email volume in a shared box.
• Audit transportation purchase card weekly statements and reclassify documents monthly.
• Provide administrative support within the transportation team to help with workload.
• Maintain organized files and processes for department accuracy and efficiency.
• All other duties as assigned.
