O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to perform various AP tasks, data entry, and invoice auditing. You will support transportation payables, reconcile statements, and assist centers and vendors with payables questions.

Formación

• Knowledge of AP processes and payables software required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, data entry, and 10-key data entry functions.
• Ability to adapt to new software and company systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; effective communication.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Sort and disperse daily mail for the department.
• Audit transportation financial documents for GL code compliance.
• Invoicing: tally, code, and route for approvals.
• Maintain financial logs for incoming/outgoing documents.
• Research payment status and payables images; resolve disruptions.
• Assist centers and vendors with DC payables questions.
• Reconcile corporate credit card statements and route for approvals.
• Handle team email workload via shared mailbox.
• Audit transportation purchase card statements weekly; reclassify monthly.
• Provide administrative support to transportation team and workload management.
• Maintain organized files and processes for department accuracy.
