• Strong bookkeeping, GAAP, and internal controls knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Monitor balances and respond to customer inquiries.
• Process vendor invoices and payment-related transactions.
• Serve as primary contact for customer/vendor accounting questions.
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance with procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate billing.
