The role supports ERP initiatives, including a potential NetSuite implementation, and requires strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills. DOE, $75,000–$95,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in billing management, preferably in manufacturing with $20M+ revenue
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong manufacturing accounting, AR, and billing operations
• Proficient with QuickBooks Desktop and advanced Excel

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AR and billing operations, ensure accuracy and timely collections
• Lead and mentor a team of three accounting professionals
• Develop and implement billing procedures and internal controls
• Monitor AR aging and improve collections strategies
• Ensure revenue recognition in line with GAAP and internal policies
• Conduct billing audits and reconcile accounts
• Collaborate with Controller to improve reporting and efficiency
• Identify opportunities to automate billing workflows
• Support ERP implementation and potential NetSuite transition
• Establish scalable processes to support growth
