Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with AP and AR, GAAP, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 3 accounting staff members responsible for AP and AR.
• Review AP/AR activities, reconciliations, aging, collections, and payments.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and financial schedules.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and accounting analysis.
• Oversee cash management and strengthen internal controls.
• Provide coaching and performance guidance to staff.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams.
