Job summary

Financial Additions is seeking an Accounting Specialist for a 6-week contract in Fort Worth, Texas. The role supports daily accounting operations, including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations.

Work is 100% onsite in the DFW area, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate has AR and AP experience, proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook, and familiarity with Sage 100 and invoicing platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, or Exostar.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Sage 100.
• Familiar with Ariba, Coupa, or Exostar invoicing.
• Understanding of GAAP and basic bookkeeping.
• Wright Plan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute customer invoices.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
• Process customer credit card payments.
• Enter vendor invoices and maintain AP records.
• Allocate and reconcile company credit card expenses.
• Respond to customer and vendor billing inquiries.
• Support billing activities with Warehouse and Sales teams.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
