Qualificações

• Associates degree or equivalent experience with knowledge of AP/AR and general ledger maintenance.
• Knowledge of general accounting practices and procedures is required.
• Manufacturing environment experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs accounting and administrative tasks in support of the Finance Department.
• Coordinates AR and AP activities, matches invoices to packing lists, and maintains electronic databases.
• Processes AP/AR transactions from vendor invoices through payment.
• Creates and processes purchase orders for the department and assists other departments as necessary.
• Retrieves information from bank websites and processes receipts through electronic systems.
• Maintains general ledger entries and performs cost variance analyses and financial reporting.
• Provides support for monthly close, audits, and financial planning.
• Performs Sales invoicing and verifies freight bills.
• Communicates regularly with supervisor and other internal contacts to track progress.
