Job summary

Treasure AI in Mountain View, CA seeks an AR Accountant to own accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition support. You will leverage AI tools to automate routine tasks, improve processes, and drive timely month-end close.

The role requires detail orientation, proactive communication, and cross-functional collaboration. You will manage invoicing, overage billing, PS billing alignment, and credit assessments, while ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience with accounting processes including AR, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Familiarity with ASC 606 and audits.

Responsibilities

• Own invoicing process end-to-end with billing schedules and notices.
• Own monthly overage fee process and notices to customers.
• Validate hours and milestones with Professional Services for PS billing.
• Lead AR collections and payment plan negotiations.
• Conduct customer credit assessments using D&B metrics.
• Respond to customer payment inquiries and provide statements.
• Oversee onboarding in Workday for billing setup.
• Understand ASC 606 and identify complex transactions.
