You will handle outbound and inbound calls, collect basic information, manage calendars, and help keep CRM records up to date while meeting daily scheduling targets.

Qualifications

• Previous call center, customer service, or appointment setting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Comfortable handling objections and keeping conversations on track.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to schedule appointments.

• Follow provided scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone.
