You will handle outbound and inbound calls, gather basic information, manage calendars, and keep accurate records in our system, following scripts while staying natural and courteous.

Qualifications

• Previous call center, customer service, or appointment setting experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable handling objections and keeping conversations on track
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems

Responsibilities
