You will maintain appointment calendars, follow scripts, and gather information to set qualified appointments, while delivering a positive, professional service.

Qualifications

• Call center or appointment setting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to schedule appointments
• Speak with homeowners to gather basic information and set qualified appointments
• Explain the purpose of our free in-home consultation
• Maintain records in our system
• Follow scripts while staying natural
• Confirm, reschedule, and manage appointment calendars
• Meet daily/weekly call and scheduling targets
