Job summary

Carrier Enterprise, a leading HVAC distributor, is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to support commercial contractor sales of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies. You will collaborate with the sales team as a technical advisor, configure and price solutions, and quote customers.

This role offers performance bonuses and a strong growth path. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 3–5+ years of HVAC experience, with excellent communication and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technical field or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years of commercial HVAC engineering or applications experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to business opportunities and generate quotes for commercial sales.
• Support Account Managers and Sales Managers with new and existing accounts, introduce new products.
• Complete bids, submittals, and take-offs based on plans and specifications.
