Job summary

Carrier is seeking an HVAC Sales Engineer for Canton, MA to market and sell Applied and Industrial HVAC products regionally. The role emphasizes technical knowledge paired with strong communication skills to grow accounts and close opportunities.

You will lead take-offs and quotes, support bid days, attend trade shows, and manage post-sale activities with customers. Requires 2+ years HVAC sales experience (or 4+ years with HS diploma) and a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree with 2+ years HVAC sales experience or 4+ years with HS Diploma/GED.
• Valid Drivers License required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales, gross margin and market share targets.
• Lead and grow assigned territory by building solid long-term relationships.
• Routinely call on and support customers including Mechanical Contractors, Consulting Engineering firms and Facility Owners/Developers.
• Assist with bid days, take-offs, quotes, and order entry; promote Carriers line card at trade shows and events.
• Assist project management after equipment ships, including cash collection and AR responsibilities.
