Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks an established HVAC Sales Engineer to market and sell Carrier Applied and Industrial HVAC products within the Canton, MA region. You will build long-term relationships, pursue new accounts and meet annual sales targets while leveraging your technical knowledge and social skills.

You will engage with mechanical contractors, consulting engineers and facility owners, supporting bids and orders, and promoting Carrier’s line card at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with HVAC sales experience or equivalent
• HVAC sales experience across relevant markets
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales, gross margin and market share targets.
• Lead and grow assigned territory by cultivating existing and new accounts.
• Routinely call on Mechanical Contractors, Consulting Engineering firms and Facility Owners/Developers.
• Support customers during bid days and manage post-sale submittals.
• Prepare take-offs and quotes for opportunities.
• Promote Carrier’s product line at trade shows and events.
• Assist with project management duties after shipment, including cash collection.
