Cloudera seeks a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to steer global governance, analytics, and operating rhythms for its Private AI initiatives. You will partner with regional leaders to optimize the AI adoption funnel and prioritize high-ROI workloads.

In this role, you will craft analytics-driven recommendations for senior leadership, align strategy with GTM plans, and ensure scalable processes across EAE and PS teams while driving ARR expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills for complex strategic challenges.
• Highly analytical with CRM data and customer insights to form hypotheses.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders up to C-suite with data-driven storytelling.
• Familiarity with data management platforms, hybrid cloud, data lakehouses and AI ecosystem.
• Proficiency with GTM systems (Salesforce, Clari) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Autonomy in fast-moving environments, building process from ground up.

Responsibilities

• Drive global governance and operating rhythms for AMER, EMEA, APAC.
• Manage AI adoption funnel across stages: Discovery, Solution, Pilot, Production.
• Account prioritization using data-driven frameworks across Top 100 accounts.
• Define and standardize strategic metrics for subscription and consumption-based Private AI.
• Analyze ecosystem partners and enable co-deployment strategies.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with AE, SE, and Professional Services.
• Build segment analyses and business cases for investments and headcount.
