Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead high-impact global initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will supervise governance rhythms, portfolio analyses, and executive storytelling for senior leadership.

In this role, you will shape strategic metrics, collaborate with Revenue Operations and GTM teams, and partner with ecosystem stakeholders to maximize ARR expansion and platform pull-through.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills for ambiguous strategic challenges.
• Analytical use of CRM data and customer insights to validate strategic hypotheses.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels including C-suite with a clear executive storyline.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, hybrid cloud, and AI/ML ecosystem capabilities.
• Proficiency with GTM systems (Salesforce, Clari) and BI tools; SQL a plus.
• Autonomy in fast-moving environments, building structure from the ground up.

Responsabilités

• Drive Global Governance & Operating Rhythms across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, leading the MBR process.
• Manage the AI Adoption Funnel with leadership to optimize customer progression across stages.
• Lead Account Prioritization & Use Case frameworks to filter high-ROI Private AI workloads.
• Define and standardize strategic metrics with Revenue Operations and GTM Sales Strategy.
• Support Ecosystem & Commercial Strategy with partners like NVIDIA Blueprints and VAST.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure repeatable delivery patterns among Account Executives and Solution Engineers.
• Develop business plans and executive storytelling for investments, headcount, and resource allocation.
