Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead high-impact global initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. This role acts as the strategic and analytical backbone behind field engineering motions and governance, prioritizing initiatives across strategic accounts and establishing robust operating rhythms.

You will manage portfolio analyses, synthesize technical and commercial signals for senior leadership, and collaborate with Revenue Operations, AI GTM Sales

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills to address complex strategic challenges.
• Highly analytical with ability to leverage CRM data and customer insights for strategic hypotheses.
• Proven ability to communicate with executives and build trust across stakeholders.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise data management platforms, hybrid cloud architectures, and AI/ML ecosystem capabilities.
• Quantitative, financial modeling, and data manipulation skills; proficiency in GTM systems and BI tools.
• Ability to operate autonomously in fast-moving environments and establish scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive Global Governance & Operating Rhythms for the Applied AI org across regions.
• Manage the AI Adoption Funnel—track, analyze, and optimize customer progression.
• Define & standardize strategic metrics for subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Analyze ecosystem partners and co-deployment strategies to maximize ARR expansion.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and solution productization across teams globally.
• Build segment analyses, growth models, and strategic business cases for investments.
