Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead high-impact, global commercial and operational initiatives focused on accelerating Private AI growth. You will act as the strategic and analytical backbone behind field engineering motions, prioritizing initiatives across strategic accounts and building scalable governance rhythms.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to scope complex strategic challenges.
• Analytical use of CRM data and customer insights to form hypotheses.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, cloud architectures, and AI ecosystem capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce, Clari, Tableau/Power BI, and SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the global operating rhythm for Applied AI, spanning AMER/EMEA/APAC.
• Track AI adoption funnel and optimize stages from discovery to production at scale.
• Develop frameworks to prioritize target accounts and drive high-ROI workloads.
• Define KPIs for subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption; monitor progress.
• Analyze partnerships and co-deployment models with major AI infrastructure partners.
• Lead cross-functional governance, resource allocation, and executive storytelling.
• Plan investments, headcount, and regional growth across pods.
