Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global commercial and operational initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will drive governance for the global Applied AI organization, and synthesize technical and commercial signals into executive-ready recommendations.

In this high-autonomy role, you will prioritize initiatives across strategic accounts, manage portfolios, and collaborate with field engineering, revenue operations, and GTM leaders.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills for complex challenges.
• Analytical with CRM data and customer insights to validate strategic hypotheses.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Familiarity with enterprise data management platforms and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Proficiency with GTM systems (Salesforce, Clari) and BI tools; SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Global Governance & Operating Rhythms for the global Applied AI org across regions.
• Manage the AI Adoption Funnel and track customer progression through stages.
• Account Prioritization & Use Case Frameworks to filter high-ROI workloads.
• Define & Standardize Strategic Metrics with Revenue Ops and AI GTM Sales Strategy.
• Ecosystem & Commercial Strategy with AI infra partners; evaluate revenue share models.
• Lead Cross-Functional teams to codify repeatable delivery patterns and governance.
• Support Business Planning with segment analyses and growth models.
