Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global commercial and operational initiatives that accelerate Private AI growth. You will govern the global Applied AI program across regions, optimize the AI adoption funnel, and prioritize strategic accounts while coordinating with field engineering and revenue teams.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills for ambiguous strategic challenges.
• Analytical skills using CRM data and customer insights for hypotheses.

• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive global governance and operating rhythms for AMER/EMEA/APAC.
• Manage AI adoption funnel and track customer progression through stages.
• Prioritize target accounts and develop use-case frameworks for Private AI workloads.
• Define and standardize metrics for subscription and consumption-based adoption.
• Analyze ecosystem partnerships and co-deployment strategies to maximize ARR.
• Lead cross-functional teams and codify scalable processes for delivery.
