Job summary

Cloudera seeks a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global commercial and operational initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will govern programs across regions, optimize the AI adoption funnel, and collaborate with field engineers and senior leaders.

You will build analytical frameworks, measure strategic metrics, and drive cross-functional collaboration with executives to shape investments and resource allocation across regional pods.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive work experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, business operations, or management consulting.
• Experience supporting specialized technical sales, pre-sales, or post-sales delivery teams, especially Forward Deployed Engineering or Applied AI Specialist organizations.
• Deep enterprise software, big data analytics, AI/ML, or hybrid cloud infrastructure domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Global Governance & Operating Rhythms across AMER, EMEA, APAC with monthly business reviews and executive synthesis.
• Manage the AI Adoption Funnel to track customer progression through four core stages: Discovery, Solution, Pilot, Production.
• Account Prioritization & Use Case Frameworks to filter high-ROI Private AI workloads and prioritize target accounts.
• Define & Standardize Strategic Metrics with Revenue Operations and AI GTM Sales Strategy.
• Ecosystem & Commercial Strategy to align with AI infrastructure partners and maximize ARR expansion.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Solution Productization to codify repeatable delivery patterns across teams.
• Business Planning & Executive Storytelling for investment decisions and headcount planning.
