Job summary

forgd.ai is hiring an Applied AI Architect to embed with enterprise customers and own the technical work across the full customer journey — from initial demos to multi-week implementations. You will work with customer engineering teams deploying Claude Code, redesigning SDLC, and co-building agentic applications.

You’ll lead workshops, codify deployment patterns, and collaborate with Anthropic on product changes and customer engagements.

Qualifications

3–5 years in a customer-facing technical role
Experience with coding and software engineering in enterprise environments
Power user of Claude Code or equivalent AI coding assistants
Familiarity with enterprise development toolchains, CI/CD, and modern SDLC practices
Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders

Responsibilities

Lead Claude Code Labs and customer workshops
Take customer teams from beginner to power user across Claude Code, Claude for Work, and the developer platform
Codify deployment patterns and feed them back to forgd's methodology and Anthropic's product teams
Embed with customer teams to co-build agentic applications on the Claude platform
Build technical artifacts and deployment configurations tailored to the customer's stack
