Job summary

forgd is a consultancy partnering with Anthropic to help enterprises build AI-native businesses. This remote North America role embeds with customers to move Claude Code from prototype to production, guiding engineering teams and business stakeholders through evolving SDLCs and deployment practices.

You will lead workshops, co-build agentic apps, and shape cutting-edge AI-native development across sales, service, and finance functions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect or engineer.
• Hands-on engineering background with production code experience.
• Production experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent design.
• Familiarity with enterprise development toolchains, CI/CD, and modern SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Claude Code Labs and customer workshops.
• Bring customer teams from beginner to power user of Claude Code.
• Co-build agentic applications on the Claude developer platform.
• Codify deployment patterns and align with forgd’s methods and Anthropic teams.
