Job summary

Holmes Murphy in West Des Moines, Iowa, is seeking an Application Support Analyst II to join our IT team. This role focuses on administering, configuring, and maintaining Brokerage Services applications while supporting users and coordinating with vendors and internal IT groups.

You will monitor performance, assist with upgrades, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and user experience. A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer or business-related discipline.
• Experience: 3 years of combined experience in desktop, application, data or business analysis support.
• Experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and support assigned business applications and technology platforms.
• Provide application support and troubleshooting for business users, including issue triage, analysis, and resolution.
• Monitor application performance and functionality to ensure reliable operation.
• Collaborate with Delivery teams to investigate defects and validate resolutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to resolve issues and plan enhancements.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge resources.
